Teachers demonstrate limitless game changing strategies each day. Examples include the way they make learning engaging, are tuned in to student needs, continuously improve through professional learning, and bridge learning for parents. This year, the Title I Conference will provide additional strategies and resources teachers can use to enhance their “Game Changing” strategies.

Eddie is an enthusiastic educator who brings the Universe to audiences every day. Whether in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium or in a setting elsewhere in Northeast Florida, Eddie is charged with bringing science to life. He's been a classroom teacher in Jacksonville, FL, Honolulu, HI, and Columbia, SC, and is interested in helping other teachers feel less anxious about incorporating science into their lessons. A scientifically literate population is on a short list of essential things we will need if we are to continue progressing into the future. To that end, inspiring scientifically passionate teachers is necessary.
