Dr. Nicole Micheau has over 20 years’ experience in one of the largest school districts in the United States including district-wide project management, school improvement, finance, grant writing, compliance, and professional development. She has provided leadership and support for over 270 traditional public, public charter, and private schools. Fiscally, she has provided oversight of federal program and supplemental budgets of over 100 million dollars. Currently, she provides the programmatic and fiscal leadership for the federally funded Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; and Title IV, Part A grant projects. She leads a team of project managers, fiscal technicians, and support staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
