Teachers demonstrate limitless game changing strategies each day. Examples include the way they make learning engaging, are tuned in to student needs, continuously improve through professional learning, and bridge learning for parents. This year, the Title I Conference will provide additional strategies and resources teachers can use to enhance their “Game Changing” strategies.
STEM-ulate student interest by unleashing their inner scientist. Literacy and STEM naturally intersect. This session will provide teachers with an opportunity to learn student centered strategies that will engage and challenge young learners.
During our time together, we will discuss the role of UFLI Foundations during student-led and teacher-led centers, You will explore center activities you can use with your students using materials found on the University of Florida Literacy Center website and collaborate with other teachers to make center activities.
