Research has shown that LGBTQ+ individuals experience poorer health outcomes when compared to their heterosexual counterparts. For many, working to create inclusive and supportive systems for our LGBTQ+ students start with understanding their complex and diverse needs and experiences. The training introduces individuals to key concepts and terminology pertaining to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, etc. (LGBTQ+) community, in order to promote greater understanding and awareness. Participants who attend and complete this session will receive an "All in for All Students" badge.
